Bar-à-Sol summerbar concept
The Challenge
The client wanted a private summerbar feel for their team, but without the typical high setup costs that come with building a full concept from scratch.
Our Solution
We developed a fixed summerbar concept that keeps the cost per company under control while still creating a real private summerbar atmosphere. From there, it stays fully scalable depending on the goal of the event. The setup can be extended with a band or DJ, a Gamified teambuilding layer, or even a client presentation in a dedicated area, without losing the relaxed summer flow.

The Challenge
The client had a clear budget and goals, but no concrete plan. They didn’t know which location would fit, what activities would work for the group, or how to turn it into a smooth, well-paced weekend.
Our Solution
We started with a brainstorm session with the management team to clarify objectives, group dynamics and expectations. Based on that, we proposed several complete concepts and refined them step by step until everything was locked in. We handled the full package: selecting and booking the location, planning the activities, arranging catering, and building a detailed run-of-show. On site, we coordinated the day-to-day flow so the client team could fully enjoy the weekend without being pulled into organisation or last-minute decisions.

Winterglow
The Challenge
Multiple clients were looking for an immersive, festive and weatherproof concept to spend time with clients and collegues during winter time, without the decor budget spiralling out of control.
Our Solution
We provided a location that was fully transformed into a winter environment and designed to work in all weather conditions. To keep the total cost predictable, we built Winterglow as a fixed concept that spreads the investment in large-scale decor, while staying flexible enough to tailor the look and experience to each client’s wishes. The result is a strong winter atmosphere with controlled costs and plenty of room to personalise.
